Terms of Service – Deal4u

Welcome to Deal4u! These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchases from us, both online and in our stores. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us
Deal4u (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a New Zealand dollar-deal variety retailer operating 5 stores nationwide and this online store. Contact us at hassan@deal4u.co.nz.

2. Products and pricing
We make every effort to display our products and prices accurately. Product colours and appearance may vary slightly from what you see on screen. All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders and payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is confirmed once we have received your payment and sent you an order confirmation. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

4. Shipping and delivery
We ship New Zealand-wide. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times and rates are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. In-store pickup
If you choose in-store pickup at checkout, we will email you when your order is ready for collection from your selected store. Please bring your order confirmation and photo ID. Orders not collected within 14 days may be cancelled and refunded.

6. Returns and refunds
Our returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or upload malicious code.

8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, is owned by or licensed to Deal4u and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse our content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deal4u is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law, including under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

10. Privacy
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
