Thank you for shopping with Deal4u! We ship New Zealand-wide from our stores. Please read our shipping policy below.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping destinations and delivery times
We currently ship to addresses within New Zealand only.
• Standard NZ shipping: 2–5 business days (North Island), 3–7 business days (South Island).
• Rural delivery may take an extra 1–2 business days.

Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order. Any current free-shipping promotions will be shown at checkout.

In-store pickup
Prefer to collect? Choose in-store pickup at checkout and collect your order from any of our 5 stores nationwide:

We will email you when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation and photo ID.

Damaged or missing items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything arrives damaged, faulty, or missing, contact us within 7 days at hassan@deal4u.co.nz with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.
